OpenAI confirmed that it has finalised The Deployment Company, a Delaware-domiciled joint venture intended to push its enterprise products into the operating businesses of some of the world’s largest buyout firms.
The vehicle is anchored by TPG and supported by Brookfield Asset Management, Advent International, Bain Capital, and Goanna Capital, with a total of 19 investors backing the entity.
