These AI capabilities, now available for free, are integrated into Zoho’s Collaboration, Customer Experience, and Human Resources offerings, addressing key challenges that have previously slowed widespread AI adoption in businesses.

By leveraging Zoho’s unified platform and extensive app ecosystem, these intelligent agents can access and process data from multiple applications simultaneously. For instance, they can generate agreements from multiple text files and PDFs, check Zoho People for employee leave schedules before arranging meetings in Calendar, or automatically identify sales-related queries in Zoho Mail and convert them into leads in Zoho CRM.
