Workday Rising 25 - How Wellesley College applies critical thinking to AI adoption, and makes Workday personal with Extend


Workday's recent report on how agents are reshaping the workforce cites the "potential and paradox" of agentic AI:

  • 90 percent of employees surveyed believe that AI agents are going to help them get more done, but:
  • 48 percent are concerned that their productivity gains will come at the expense of their own critical thinking skills.
