Why poor infrastructure kills agentic AI – lessons from two enterprise IT leaders at OutSystems ONE

There was a lot of excitement about the potential of agentic technology at OutSystems’ ONE event in Miami — but this stood in stark contrast to growing industry concerns about its actual outcomes.

Those concerns have little to do with AI itself and everything to do with the messy environments into which it is deployed. So it was particularly timely that I was asked to moderate a panel on “Building for Now and What’s Next: Grounding AI Ambition in Enterprise Reality”.
