That’s 362 customers, according to Milano at last week’s Barclays 23rd Annual Global Technology Conference. Now, for context, that’s 362 out of 18,000 Agentforce users, some 9,500 of which are actually paying for the tech at this point rather than trialling it. But in the view of Milano, who first joined Salesforce back in 2011, there’s never been a product launch and expansion like this in his time at the company.
