Januario said the strongest returns come from customer-facing and internal AI bots that streamline knowledge management and automate actions, significantly improving efficiency. At the same time, he cautions that rapid adoption without proper guardrails introduces operational and security risks, making governance, training and data hygiene critical to scaling AI responsibly across the enterprise.
"We've seen the most measurable value from when we introduced AI to help our customers with bots and answering questions such as knowledge management and doing some actions," Januario said.
