What is the release date for The Pitt season 2 episode 4 on HBO Max?

Last week was an unusually quiet one on The Pitt season 2. Episode 3 saw Dana (Katherine LaNasa) being an everyday hero in the background, but not much else.

Dr Robby (Noah Wyle) is keen to make tracks for his three-month sabbatical as soon as possible, with temporary attending Dr Al-Hashimi (Sepideh Moafi) waiting impatiently in the wings to implement a complete processing overhaul. Santos (Isa Briones) still has her hands full with a young girl showing various concerning bruises, but the rest are minor casualties... at least, they are for now.

Of course the drama is going to kick off again in the HBO Max show, it's just a question of when. But will that be in The Pitt season 2 episode 4 and if so, when does it drop?
