Customers have to decide whether to move to Veeva’’s new platform Veeva Vault CRM, or to Salesforce’s new Life Sciences (LS) Cloud.
Whichever choice existing Veeva customers make they are facing a big migration project to a new agentic platform. They have until September 2030 to make the move. This is creating a resourcing challenge for the Salesforce SIs working in pharma, as well as offering them the first real big industrial step-change amongst clients towards agentic AI.
