The elephant in the room tramples all over those great specs

Reviewing Huawei’s tablets is so bittersweet. The MatePad 12X 2025 is an excellent mid-range tablet, offering strong performance, a gorgeous and bright PaperMatte display, and some awesome built-in apps, but with Huawei devices still unable to access many US-based apps, this excellent slate simply cannot live up to its full potential. This makes it hard for me to recommend it for users who have go-to tools on which they rely.
