You roll out gen AI across your company, it does the work that those creative types down in marketing and content do but quicker and - most importantly - cheaper, and no-one is going to notice the difference, except the creative types who you can now let go or at least cut their rates.

Entitled Beyond Productivity - Measuring The Real Value of AI, the study is based on a global poll of a 3,200 respondents, split evenly between leaders and employees. Its conclusions are, frankly, damning and, hurrah, long-overdue!
Top line finding - AI might well be helping employees complete tasks faster, but in far fewer cases is it actually improving the quality of their work or supporting higher-value judgment and decision-making. More ...
