Diego Jarne Munoz, partner at PwC, focuses on helping enterprises build these scalable structures and the data foundations that support them. Many organizations deploy AI before normalizing or governing their data, which creates technical debt.
"The best measure of success is adoption, not having the most reliable model, but it's the business adoption. A lot of organizations are struggling to really adopt AI, so something like lineage and a marketplace is going to be fundamental to enable that," Munoz said.
