Salesforce's Agentforce London World Tour - agentic messaging from both sides of the Pond as customers move beyond pilot phase


A strong statement of intent from Salesforce UK and Ireland CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi yesterday at the London leg of the firm’s World Tour series of national events.

This time last year Salesforce had only months earlier announced its full-scale pivot around agentic AI with the formal launch of Agentforce at its Dreamforce gathering in San Francisco. Flash forward to this week and Bahrololoumi provided an update on adoption progress to date among customers.

This mirrored what happened a few months back at this year’s Dreamforce and also came only a few hours after CEO Marc Benioff confirmed as part of the firm’s quarterly fiscal report that there are now 18,500 Agentforce use cases of some degree of maturity out there in the wild, albeit only 9,500 of which are actually being paid for right now.
