OpenAI Will Pay You More Than Half a Million Per Year to Predict How Its AI Could Go Horribly Wrong

According to the job description, the Head of Preparedness will design and conduct capability evaluations, threat models, and mitigation plans that together form a scalable safety pipeline for OpenAI's most capable models. The person in this role will manage safety plans for high-risk areas, such as cybersecurity and biosecurity, and develop a framework that OpenAI says will help track and prepare for advanced capabilities that could cause serious harm.
