Lenovo’s Next Legion Laptop Can Stretch Its Screen for Ultrawide Gaming
extremetech.comLenovo is reportedly preparing to launch a Legion Pro Rollable gaming laptop, which will feature a horizontally expanding OLED display that rolls from a normal laptop screen into an ultrawide 21:9 panel. According to "leaked promotional material" obtained by Windows Latest, Lenovo will debut the laptop in early 2026, likely at CES 2026.
The Legion Pro Rollable is Lenovo's second laptop to feature a rolling display. Its first was the ThinkBook Plus Gen 6 Rollable, which launched in January 2025 with a vertical-roll screen that expanded from 14 inches to 16.7 inches.
This new rollable is targeted at gamers and content creators. Its rolling mechanism stores excess screen space inside the left and right edges of the display chassis.
