The mood around AI is changing as innovation theatre is being replaced by a more mature conversation. We are reaching a stage of weaving AI into the fabric of organizations so we will be talking about the integration of AI into processes, rather than talking about innovation with AI. Strangely, AI is over-hyped and under-hyped at the same time because it is a transformative technology and will be embedded in everything we do.
