Since launching in 2014, Hardaway's non-profit has achieved remarkable results. Vets Who Code has helped more than 300 graduates earn over $20 million in combined salaries, with a 97% job placement rate.
One of those graduates is Brad Hankey, a fellow ex-US Air Force (USAF) veteran. He says Vets Who Code gave him the flexible digital nomad career he needs while his wife continues to be deployed.
