How to tackle the AI skills gap? Build trust in the tools, and learn to learn

The rapid rise of AI adoption has led to much discussion and concern over the impact the technology will have on the jobs market. While it’s unclear yet how many jobs will be lost to AI, what’s undeniable is the shift happening from the human-only roles of the past to the hybrid human/AI-supported roles of the future.

We’re also seeing the creation of roles like AI integration specialist, prompt engineer, and AI ethics analyst, in contrast to reduced opportunities for junior developers or coders, where the work can be done by AI.

This pivot is already leading to quite a large skills gap, which is having a major impact on the economy.
