At the HCIC conference, I got to talk to a number of marketers who are very focused on results. They are also very focused on what will impact their marketing efforts and why. This has a direct correlation with AI.

In the past, I have focused on the way we can use AI to improve productivity. I think we need to be thinking about all aspects of how it can be used. In general, this can be broken down into both impact and opportunity.
