A San Francisco-based AI software delivery platform raised $240 million to better test, secure, deploy and maintain code using artificial intelligence.

Harness said its Series E financing round will allow the company to grow its SDLC knowledge graph by integrating third-party data and building a robust semantic layer for deep contextual understanding, said co-founder and CEO Jyoti Bansal. He said the money will help Harness extend its 15-module platform into areas such as load and mobile testing, API/code security, and cost optimization for AI workloads.
