Google’s Gemini-Powered ‘CC’ Agent Starts Each Day With Personalized Email Briefings

This week, Google introduced "CC," an AI-powered tool that begins each day with a summary called "Your Day Ahead." Each morning, it scans your Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, and the web to give you an overview of your meetings, deadlines, bills, and miscellaneous tasks.

CC connects to your Google account and uses Gemini AI to parse your Google Workspace materials. It then generates an email summarizing your schedule and highlighting any items that need your attention. It also includes ready-to-send email drafts and calendar links.

You can steer CC by replying to its messages or emailing it directly, which allows you to correct details or ask it to remember specific tasks and preferences over time. Google says the agent learns these patterns to build a more accurate picture of what matters to you over time.
