From departmental KPIs to business-wide metrics - how end-to-end supply chain AI could drive collaboration


A telling moment in my conversation with Andrea Morgan-Vandome, Blue Yonder's Chief Innovation Officer, comes when she describes customer reactions to the company's integrated AI approach. Laughing at the unexpected side effect of what was supposed to be a technology implementation, she says:

Sometimes you go and talk to our customers, and they're like, 'Oh, this is so great because it's actually made us talk to the rest of the business.
