Finding human purpose amidst the AI noise vortex - an enterprise non-manifesto via CCE 2025

At CCE 2025, we grappled with the gap between agentic AI visions and customer realities. But the AI discussions also got personal. That was certainly the case during my panel, Human Purpose Amidst AI - An Enterprise Manifesto/Call to Action.

We didn't get to a manifesto during the session, but the aftermath lingers - and so do the questions.

How can humans thrive - and find a sense of purpose - amidst machines?

How can humans cultivate well being, exceptionalism and a sense of viable contribution, instead of living in a fearful state of job loss encroachment, where personal data and digital exhaust feel more like surveillance tracking than a humane way to personalize, and bring out the best in our work?
