There’s been a lot of hoo-hah spoken about AI supposedly leading the death of traditional SaaS, led by the likes of Klarna’s CEO boasting about being able to kick out Salesforce and Workday (then later walking those claims back) and the never-knowingly under-opinionated Sam Altman, before getting caught up in having to hit the panic button about Google over-taking OpenAI in terms of product superiority!)
