Centralizing Data for Cloud Resilience

Many organizations moved to the cloud for speed and flexibility, then discovered they no longer had a clear view of where their most sensitive data lives. That fragmentation, said Rob Sadowski, vice president of product and solution marketing at Cohesity, is making resilience harder to achieve and recovery more uncertain.

Without a unified view, policies and controls become inconsistent, and recovery timelines grow harder to predict. Centralization isn't optional; it's the foundation for confidence in business continuity.

Data scattered across environments erodes that confidence. "They [organizations] need to make sure that all of their sensitive data is in a place and in a state where they have confidence that they can recover it," Sadowski said.
