CamundaCon – BPMN is getting an agentic AI refresh. Here's why

It's time to dust off those old Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) training manuals. Although not as new and shiny as new agentic AI standardization efforts, BPMN has a track record in ensuring trust, governance, and compliance for business processes.

I recently connected with Daniel Meyer, CTO at Camunda, on the heels of CamundaCon to talk about what this means for the enterprise. The conference is billed as 'The Process Orchestration & Automation Conference', with headline speakers from the banking, finance, and telecom sectors. These are all process and compliance-heavy industries where BPMN has traditionally shined.
