Atlassian Team '26 – what Rovo actually does now, and where it goes next


Somewhere in a car company's field operation, a mechanic with dirty hands is recording a voice note. The problem they're describing will be matched against similar reports from four other countries and ten other shops, routed to the right engineer, and have a response back within hours. Before Atlassian's agents got involved, the same exchange would have taken days – and the pattern across those other fourteen locations would probably never have been spotted at all.

Jamil Valliani, Head of Product for AI at Atlassian, tells me this story at Team '26 when I ask what has surprised him most about how customers are using Rovo in the real world. He says:
