Amazon just announced that Prime Day is back July 8-11. Here's everything you need to know about the popular shopping event -- including early deals to shop.

It's time to build your basket. 

Amazon just confirmed in a release that its annual Prime Day event will return Tuesday, July 8, through Friday, July 11. The news comes after initially confirming the return of the event back in April. For the first time ever, Prime Day will be a four-day-long extravaganza, two days longer than years past, confirming early rumors that swirled back in March.

The retailer also unveiled early offers for Prime members, like savings on exclusive Amazon products and devices, and relaunched the Prime for Young Adults program, a discounted membership for those 18-24 years of age.
