UK Sanctions 3 Russian Military Cyber Units

The U.K. government on Friday sanctioned three hacking units tied to the Russian military intelligence service including 18 officials for hacking incidents in the United Kingdom and Ukraine dating back to 2013, though some predict the action will mean little beyond consolidating sanctions lists and "political messaging."
