These iPhone Settings Helped Me Cut Down on Screen Time


My phone is pretty much glued to my hand from the second I wake up until the second I fall asleep, and I feel like my brain is turning into marbles because of it. I have a problem: I look at my iPhone way too much. 

In this week's episode of Prove It, which you can watch embedded above, I try to curb my screen time by turning on some iOS 18 wellness features. Yes, I know iOS 26 is out… but I haven't updated yet.
