Silverstone's Retro-Inspired FLP02 Case Takes us Back to the Beige Era


If you've been wanting to build a retro-looking sleeper PC but want modern chassis quality-of-life improvements, then Silverstone's FLP02 retro-inspired case could be what you're after. It has a true beige-era exterior complete with floppy-drive bezels and a classic-looking fan guard. There's even a retro-inspired "Turbo" button for overclocks.

Until the mid-2000s, gaming PCs were as decidedly beige as their office counterparts. While most people enjoy the improved styling options, glass side-panels, and RGB-lighting inspired aesthetics of the modern era, if you have a hankering for the decidely retro, the FLP02 looks perfect.

On the outside, this chassis has a beige grey paint job, retro grills and floppy-drive inspired front panel covers for the faux-5.25-inch drive bays.
