Say Hello To Apple Intelligence And More With The New iPhone 16 And 16 Pro

Apple’s Glowtime event introduced a new generation of iPhones packed with AI horsepower, aka Apple Intelligence, new camera button features, and more.

In terms of processing power, Apple jumped from the A16 Bionic chip in the iPhone 15 to the new A18 chip in the iPhone 16. The company remarked the new chip was up to 30% faster than its predecessor. The iPhone 16 Pro models are receiving the new A18 Pro chip, with a new 16-core neural engine and a new 6-core GPU. Apple touts the A18 Pro as being up to 15% faster than its predecessor. Both chips are said to be design with Apple Intelligence in mind.
