Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Could Have an Upgraded 12MP Selfie Camera

Samsung appears to be upgrading the selfie camera on its upcoming Galaxy S25 FE, as reported by GalaxyClub via SamMobile. The device is probably going to launch later this year, and is said to have a 12-megapixel front camera. This is the first time the FE line has gotten a front camera improvement in two years.

The previous Galaxy S23 FE and S24 FE both used a 10-megapixel front-facing camera, a sensor also used in the Galaxy S21 and S22 series. If Samsung adds a new sensor, then the 2-megapixel jump would be more fruitful; otherwise, I wouldn't expect a drastic change. Either way, the report says that the main rear camera will not see a change and will remain at 50 megapixels, as seen in the past two FE models.
