Nvidia's Blackwell Ultra GB300 Has Close to 300 GB of HBM3E, Uses PCIe Gen 6


Nvidia has unveiled the full specifications of its flagship professional AI accelerator, the Blackwell Ultra GB300. Set to replace the existing GB200, it has more cores, a lot more memory, faster I/O, and the ability to draw on a lot more power than its predecessor. It's also entering mass production, so early customers may get their first shipments shortly.

Many companies around the world are rushing to develop the hottest new AI training and inference hardware, but there's no denying that Nvidia is at the cutting edge of what's possible and offers the most efficient and capable AI processing hardware. The current-generation GB200 has been the pinnacle of that performance for some time, but GB300 is about ready to ship out, and it's going to give early adopters a huge boost.
