Intel Core Ultra X7 358H Panther Lake Leak Teases Early Xe3 Arc GPU Performance


A Geekbench results leak for an upcoming Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 gaming laptop has given us a sneak peek at the potential performance of Intel's upcoming Core Ultra X7 358H CPU based on its Panther Lake architecture, as well as the onboard Xe3 Arc GPU. It's not a flagship laptop, nor a flagship CPU, but the performance isn't half bad. Not industry-changing, but competitive nonetheless.

There are lots of details we can glean from this leak that might not be immediately apparent. For starters, Intel's CPU line has a confirmed naming scheme, with the X part in the X7 designating this as a higher-power variant of the CPU with 12 Xe3 GPU cores, making it more capable than standard onboard GPUs. It has 96 compute units and access to up to 16GB of shared memory, per Videocardz.
