Clothing manufacturer Happy Socks has built a greenfield data platform to help people manage business use insights that should help to boost operational performance and customer experiences.

This information-rich approach is a far cry from the not-so-distant past, when executives across the organization relied on Excel spreadsheets for business reporting. Vivek Bharadwaj, CIO at Happy Socks, says the company’s data platform, which is based on Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud and a series of related ecosystem applications, allows executives to make quicker, insight-driven decisions:

The idea was to bring disparate data sources together. We started this work as a greenfield data project. Business teams are now coming together with transparent access to different kinds of information.
