Evolution in action? Darwinbox rapidly develops agentic AI mass

Darwinbox is interesting. The company is only 10 years old (founded in Nov. 2015) and yet, I keep running into it everywhere. It showed up at HR shows in Mumbai, Delhi, Singapore and even in Las Vegas, Nevada. While there are numerous Asian/Indian software vendors, most of them play close to their home markets. Not Darwinbox as it focuses on the enterprise end of the HRMS market – this is the market for multi-nationals and global firms.

Darwinbox came to Las Vegas to talk about its agentic AI capabilities and plans. Its briefing (and pre-briefing call) was indicative of what I wanted to hear and see more of at that show.
