Measurable business value is on some providers' minds. That's no surprise when, back in the Spring, the Global Enterprise AI study from SS&C Blue Prism surveyed 1,650 Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), and senior Information Technology (IT) leaders and found that while 92% of them are using AI to transform business operations, 55% admitted to seeing "little benefit".
