Dreamforce 25 - scream if you want to go faster! How Salesforce plans to get users to move to agentic AI at 'the speed of Benioff'

Since last year’s pivot to agentic tech at Dreamforce and Salesforce’s subsequent release of various iterations of its Agentforce offering, we’ve kept a close eye on the adoption rates for this ‘bet the farm’ technology. The results to date have been impressive - Agentforce is, as CEO Marc Benioff is quick to point out, the fastest growing product in the company’s history.

The last official numbers were that there are currently north of 12,000 Agentforce deployments out there. So far so good. But Salesforce has 150,000 customers in total, so that 12,000 works out at roughly eight percent adoption so far.

While some in the media have suggested that this is a problem, the eternally ‘glass half full’ Benioff is having none of it:
