Mille Gandlesman, co-founder and chief product officer at Opti, said AI makes identity problems solvable at scale. Purpose-built models focus on entitlements, provisioning and integrations rather than generic automation. The result is faster insight into who has access, why it exists and whether it still serves a business need.
"Before AI, a lot of problems were just not solvable," Gandlesman said. "A lot of manual work had to be done that was just too hard for people to do … and AI has changed all that."
