Agentforce flight status update from Heathrow Airport - no turbulence en route as the Hallie agent takes to the air

If you’ve been through Heathrow Airport recently, how was your experience? Hopefully you didn't have the sort of bad time that actor Matthew McConaughey had? Come on, you’ve seen the adverts on TV, surely? Mr M made a schoolboy error in not using the airport’s Agentforce offering to find his way to the correct gate in good time without breaking a sweat.

At today’s World Tour London, Salesforce issued a news release announcing that “the UK’s largest airport, Heathrow, is significantly enhancing its traveller experience with Agentforce”. In reality ‘news’ is doing a lot of heavy lifting there given that, even apart from the adverts, Heathrow has been one of the highest profile Agentforce early adopters since the agentic offering was formally revealed at Dreamforce last September.
