Project Management in the Age of AI: Leveraging India’s Technological Prowess

India’s tech industry is on track to hit over $300 billion by FY2026, showing just how much innovation is happening in the country. As one of the largest IT hubs globally, India has proven time and again that it can lead the way in global technology advancements. However, there is a great need to advance on various fronts apart from technology, primarily a fundamental shift in how we manage projects.

Studies show that 30% of tech development projects in India face delays or budget overruns1, highlighting a critical need for improved project management practices. Project management paired with modern technology must be advanced in tandem, and at this fast-paced period of growth, AI seems to provide all the aid required in undergoing these changes.
