Engineering students in Assam to benefit from DITEC internship rolled out by Ashwani Kumar, Director, DITEC
expresscomputer.inThe Directorate of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (DITEC), Government of Assam, has launched a state-wide internship programme aimed at providing practical industry exposure to engineering students. The initiative is specifically targeted at students pursuing degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology from AICTE-recognised institutions within Assam.
The internship will be conducted at the DITEC headquarters in Guwahati and will run for a duration of 4 to 8 weeks, based on the academic requirements of the students. Selected interns will engage directly with live government IT projects and work alongside senior officials and technical teams. Upon successful completion of the internship, participants will be awarded a certificate issued by the Directorate.
