Check Point Acquires Lakera in $300M Deal to Deliver End-to-End AI Security for Enterprises

Check Point Software Technologies Ltd announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Lakera. The value of the deal is estimated at $300 million.With this acquisition, Check Point sets a new standard in cyber security, becoming able to deliver a full end-to-end AI security stack designed to protect enterprises as they accelerate their AI journey.
